Buyer must be 18 years old for long guns and 21 years old for handguns plus be legally able to possess a firearm. Current & "wet signed with ink" FFL required from dealer in your state of residence to ship. (PLEASE have dealer ID gun, or buyer on form. I am a Federal Firearm Licensed dealer. You must abide by all local, state, and federal laws. You are responsible to know your local laws. I am not responsible, nor liable for any damage to people or property. You are required to provide owner’s full name, home address and home phone number for my records only.

SHIPPING: $25 UPS REGULAR GROUND INSURED

US sales only. Shipping, insurance, and handling is $25 to lower 48 states. AK & HI extra. Long guns – UPS Insured Ground. Handguns – UPS Priority-$35. Tracking numbers provided upon request. We will ship same or next day after payment & legal FFL receipt. NEXT DAY AND PRIORITY UPS SHIPPING is more and will be done on request - please request with your zip code.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: We have a 4 day inspection period, with refund for you to inspect(not shoot) the item to make sure it is as described. The inspection period starts from the time the item is received by your FFL dealer. Upon inspection, if item is not as described, call us immediately at (830)438-4340. On return items, call us first. Must be shipped back to us by UPS insured no later than the 4th day it is received by the dealer. On returns you pay postage both ways.

If an item is damaged in shipment, have the FFL dealer call us immediately and they MUST save all packaging material and box/case and you must file a claim with the shipping company.

LAYAWAY: Layaway is available with 1/3 down of final total price including shipping/insurance within 7 days per above. Balance due in 45 days. Layaway is FINAL with no refunds, no inspections, no returns.
